And this week in Orlando, we celebrated 65 companies in North America, ranging in size and industry, at the 2018 Talent Board North American Candidate Experience Awards Gala, where Talemetry was a Gold Sponsor of the event.

So How Do You Make the CandE Awards List?
Each year, Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, conducts a comprehensive employer survey and targeted candidate survey. According to the organization, "this year, 65 winners were found to provide over tens of thousands of job candidates an exemplary candidate experience as rated by the candidates themselves across these four key data points:
- A very positive overall candidate experience rating
- An extremely likely to apply again candidate rating
- An extremely likely to refer others candidate rating
- The fact that candidates said they were willing to increase their business relationship with the employer via applying again, referring others and making purchases when applicable."
More than 200 companies participated in the North American benchmark program from Talent Board this year, with the average winning CandE scores an incredible 13 percent higher than in 2017. 49% of CandE winners are large organizations (1,500 or more hires per year), 14% are mid-size companies (500 -1,500 hires per year), and 37% of candidates are small companies (500 hires or less hires per year).
