Last week the Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG) and Talemetry gathered a roomful of members, customers, and practitioners together to go deep into sourcing and candidate relationship management.
This half-day event was sponsored by OHUG and several OHUG staffers made the short walk to the Hyatt Regency downtown to take part, including CEO Brian Langerman. Brian and Talemetry CEO Jade Bourelle kicked off the session with a view of the future of candidate sourcing, engagement, and pipelining.
Talemetry's Director of Client Solutions Stephen Schwander spent most of the day taking a strategic look at CRM and focused on best practices for maximizing your utilization of all sources into your CRM and building a robust central talent pool.
Attendees worked through a strategy workbook designed to help crystallize their current efforts and pinpoint where they can focus their efforts in the future to achieve a higher level of proactivity in their recruiting strategies.
Oracle VP of HR Transformation Pamela Stroko closed the day with an engaging look at social recruiting focused on creating conversations and leveraging mobile technologies into the recruiting processes.
Talmetry and OHUG will be bringing this workshop to several cities in the coming months so stay tuned to the Talemetry blog for information about how you can attend one of these informative sessions in a city near you.
