We recently rolled out our Q1 release of Talemetry to our global customer base, and based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received from our clients and partners, we’re excited that the enhancements for the latest version of Talemetry have helped make talent generation more effective and efficient.
Some highlights of our latest release include:
Talent Networks & Sourcing
Simplified & Faster Candidate Search – Our new, simplified search allows recruiters to create new searches (or modify existing ones) in seconds. The redesigned user interface also allows recruiters to easily expand or narrow their search results to find the perfect candidate for even the hardest to fill requisition.
Enhanced Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Functionality – Our new, streamlined user interface allows employers to manage their entire talent pipeline from a single destination, even if their talent acquisition function is spread across different business units, recruiting teams and geographies. Individual recruiters can now easily record, track and manage activities like outgoing calls, pre-screen notes and even candidate interest level, with full visibility to these activities across even the most complex global recruiting functions.
New Rich-text Emails – Talemetry’s new rich text functionality lets recruiters easily design fully branded, highly targeted e-mails designed to increase engagement while improving the candidate experience. Recruiters can easily pick new font types, customize font size and color and leverage HTML directly in e-mails to embed links to job descriptions, talent and social networks, videos and images, creating an unprecedented level of personalization through automation.
New Email Templates – Talemetry’s newest release also allows recruiters to leverage out-of-the-box e-mail templates that can be easily customized to reflect and extend employer branding directly to candidates’ inboxes. Employers can create and manage templates for various touch points across the talent generation lifecycle, including application acknowledgements, interview requests, passive candidate engagement, job fair invitations and much more.
Automatic Job Posting Removal – Recruiters often complain of candidates following up on closed requisitions, a problem Talemetry solves by automatically scheduling jobs for removal from associated job boards once they’ve been filled or are no longer active through our new unbroadcast feature.
New Job List Enhancements – Recruiters can now easily filter jobs and leverage Job Broadcast actions directly from the jobs list. All jobs now also include visual iconography, which allows users to easily identify the status of that job in the job list.
New Smart Candidate Routing – Employers can now leverage sophisticated behavioral targeting, similar to that utilized by Google, LinkedIn and Facebook, to present the most relevant career content to candidates based on the location of their IP address.
Enhanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Control – Talemetry’s new recruitment marketing enhancements make it easy for recruiters to configure the URL structure, job titles, keywords and cross linking for all jobs, including function and industry specific job search and bucket req results to increase candidate traffic and applications through organic SEO.
Enhanced Click Through Tracking – Rather then rely on candidate self-reporting, Talemetry’s new click through tracking lets employers accurately track the source of incoming career site visitors, retaining and populating this data within the candidate’s record.
New Advanced Job Search Functionality – Talemetry’s new drag-and-drop job search widget makes it easy for candidates, both passive and active, to find and apply for relevant jobs without having to click through irrelevant content or results, resulting in lower bounce rate and increased application flow.
